"The Rosetta 800 sounds amazing! Nuendo and my Rosetta are a great pair. The Rosetta has literally changed the way I make music by giving me a truer picture of what I am recording and mixing."
Jeff Trott– Guitarist, Singer, Songwriter

"I prefer Apogee analog/digital converters because they provide me with
warmth, punch, and accuracy. When I recorded Sheryl Crow's 'Soak Up The
Sun' my Apogee AD-8000 had a lot to do with keeping my recording punchy and
warm. My Rosetta 800 is a huge sonic step above Digidesign's 192 I/O converter."

"As soon as I hooked up the ROSETTA 800 I noticed a huge difference... a better center point and wider stereo image. I had the artist there too and they were blown away!"
Jay Gruska – Composer, Producer, Songwriter
Recent Projects: "Charmed" on the WB and "Hack" on CBS
"When it came to recording acoustic instruments, I thought my room sounded pretty good. That was before the Rosetta 800. Now the sound has all the warmth and presence that I never knew I was missing."

" Eddie [Van Halen] had never experienced Pro Tools in a positive way, and because of the Apogee converters, and being such an analog guy, he really became a believer, he heard the difference between the 192 and the AD-16X and loved it and had to have it. It was really important for the mix.The biggest thing was convincing them that Pro Tools and digital was the cool way to go and sonically viable, and they became believers and loved it. I think that the AD-16X is the next level for Apogee and is a really noticeable difference, especially from the old AD-16’s, its just wild, the top opens up and it is airy and clear, but not grainy and harsh, which is cool. "The 16X series raises the bar at Apogee. The bar was already high and I'm not sure where anyone can go from here. Great at any sampling rate with extended highs and solid bottom, they rock!"
